The day started off great with a 'happy birthday' rendition from my parents down the telephone, very special! Next on the agenda was the birthday brekkie, yes you've guessed it....cake!
We caught the ferry and spent the rest of my birthday on beautiful Magnetic Island just chilling out, and doing a spot of 'bull fighting' with the sarong!
The day was finshed off just lovely with pizza ( even a birthday message and candle from the pizza guys) and a couple of bottles of sweet cider - just perfect!!
PS Birthday wishes to my godson Christopher Sorrell, happy 11th birthday - hope you like the photo of the wallaby!

i just saw you blog, and i think that's a good idea. taking a year off work just to have a year off work. i took a week off work just to have a week off, but i kinda got fired before it started, so i ended up broke, and with 2 weeks that i spent filling out applications. but anyway, i love the idea.

the last I heard from the wandering two was on our Thanksgiving Day which was Thursday, Nov 22. They're fine but said that they would probably be out of contact for a while. He's too busy spending his time underwater!
