. The rocks are smack in the middle of town, really quite bizarre! Picture 2 is from the 'gap' in the twins and shows Pikes Peak, some American author or another was inspired to write America the Beautiful after her journey up the mountain! Picture 3 is 'The Siamese Twins! (can you spot the real twins!)
Picture 4 is the third 'Balanced Rock' that we have seen during our travels!
They are just about ten a penny here! It is also the site of the 'big pack up' where all the camping equipment, that is, tent, two chairs, two sleeping bags, a two ring stove, a pan, a wok, cooking utensils and various other bits and bobs needed to be packed in the giant duffel bag for the flight to Vancouver! Oh, and nearly forgot, also a coolbox, a pillow (yes, Keith does like his luxuries!), a rechargeable pump and a lantern! Did we do it? Check the next blog to find out!
