Punakaiki is best known for the wondrous Pancake Rocks and blowholes! Due to weathering etc the limestone
What is also interesting is that these can be reproduced quite nicely in the visitors centre cafe with a spot of maple syrup - yummy!!
Now that we've secured a year off work, it's time to tell the truth. We only wanted a year off work, we're not really going anywhere - maybe the garden and the Saltgrass on weekends. See you next year

Errm, I've lived amongst the two of you on different occasions, and if the wife really would be put in stocks for not making your tea, she'd be in them more than out!!!! Not unless a bowl of Cheerios counts!
